Exploring artificial intelligence and its applications in music education, integrating core concepts in AI, machine learning, and generative systems with practical musical examples. The course examines how AI models are trained, their possibilities and limitations, and includes a research-informed case study on the automatic assessment of sound production efficiency in instrumental performance, as well as algorithmic and generative AI-based composition. Pedagogical, ethical, and inclusive perspectives are emphasized, positioning AI as a supportive tool for creativity, assessment, and contemporary music teaching practice.
